On behalf of the James River Hunt Club we would like to invite you to be a part of one of the oldest equestrian events in Virginia. The James River Hunt Horse Show has been a major fixture in the Virginia equestrian show circuit for over 70 years. Each year, riders from all over Virginia reunite to compete while enjoying the company of fellow participants.

Local sponsors are important to the success of the show and provide an opportunity to support the James River Hunt Horse Show through monetary gifts and/or prizes. At this time we are seeking sponsorships for the 2025 James River Hunt Horse Show. Please consider one of the categories listed below.

 Sponsorship Tiers

  • Platinum Sponsor - $2500

    Sponsor will have their name printed in the prize list with whichever FOUR divisions they choose to sponsor as well as recognition via PA announcements during those divisions. Sponsor will receive recognition on JRHHS social media, recognition on table in hospitality tent, platinum sponsor recognition via PA announcements throughout the show, FULL page ad in Prize List and a complimentary grandstand box of 5 seats.

  • Gold Sponsor - $1,000

    Sponsor will have their name printed in the prize list with whichever THREE divisions they choose to sponsor as well as recognition via PA announcements during those divisions. Sponsor will receive recognition on JRHHS social media, recognition on table in hospitality tent, HALF page ad in Prize List and a complimentary grandstand box of 5 seats.

  • Silver Sponsor - $500

    Sponsor will have their name printed in the prize list with whichever TWO divisions they choose to sponsor as well as recognition via PA announcements during those divisions. Additionally, they will receive recognition on JRHHS social media and on a table in the hospitality tent.

  • Bronze Sponsor - $250

    Sponsor will have their name printed in the prize list with whichever ONE division they choose with recognition via PA announcement during that division. They will also receive recognition on JRHHS social media.

  • Friend of the Hunt - $ amount of your choosing

    Sponsor will receive recognition on social media and on printed sponsorship list.
